Exhibitors need to arrive between 7:30AM-8:30AM. Enter through the Billings Farm service entrance on Old River Rd. Please plan to stay until 4:45 PM.Our staff will direct you to the exhibit area.

Tractor parades are scheduled for 12:00PM and 3:30PM. You’re invited to participate in the Slow Race at 1:30PM. Exhibitors may depart following the parade at 4:45 PM.

• Tractor must be in good working condition (no leaking oil or gasoline).
• Only one driver allowed on a tractor during operation.
• Pets are not permitted on site.
• Plan to bring a pop-up tent, umbrella, and or other source of share.
• Tractor Exhibitors will receive a $50 gas allowance.
• Complementary coffee and muffins will be provided for Exhibitors.
• Exhibitors will receive a complimentary ticket for one free ice cream or drink at the Farmhouse Scoop Shop.
• Bring your lunch or food will be available for purchase on site all day from Sustainable Eats Food Truck, Goodman’s American Pie, and our Farmhouse Scoop Shop.
